The Government of Canada is taking a first step to deliver on its commitment to review and restore confidence in Canada’s environmental and regulatory process.
They are appealing for Canadian’s to “Share your views on improving Canada’s environmental and regulatory processes” by filling out a short survey. This survey is a series of 10 questions asking the importance of various elements of consideration such as public consultation, First Nations involvement and personal priorities. It took us about 15 minutes to fill it out as there were various written sections to fill in.
I encourage that everyone of us take this time and fill in the survey, the more voices that are counted the stronger the result. Here is an opportunity for you to anonymously contribute to this cause, after all they are asking nicely for a change!
